Window Comfort – Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. Energy Savings Guarantee

Window Comfort offers a 35% Energy Savings Guarantee to qualifying homeowners in Georgia. This guarantee applies to the energy performance of Window Comfort’s exclusive factory-direct window line.

Eligibility Requirements:

Applies only to residential properties located in the state of Georgia.

Homeowners must replace all primary windows in the home with qualifying Window Comfort windows to be eligible. Partial replacements do not qualify.

The homeowner must be the original purchaser; this guarantee is non-transferable.

Guarantee Terms:

If the homeowner does not achieve at least a 35% reduction in home energy usage in the 12 months following installation compared to their previous baseline usage, Window Comfort will pay the difference between the actual savings and the guaranteed 35%.

Homeowners must provide 12 consecutive months of post-installation utility bills to verify energy usage after the installation.

  • Baseline energy usage will be determined by Window Comfort using one of the following:
      Average historical energy usage based on the homeowner’s utility data when available, orRegional usage averages adjusted for home size and climate zone if historical data is unavailable.

Claims must be submitted within 60 days following the first 12-month period after installation.

Refund amounts, if any, will be processed within 90–120 days of claim approval.

This guarantee does not apply if major renovations or system upgrades (e.g., HVAC, roofing, siding, insulation) are completed during the claim period that would materially affect energy usage.

2. Buy-Back Guarantee (Money Back Guarantee)

Window Comfort offers a one-year Buy-Back Guarantee for qualifying customers who are not 100% satisfied with their windows. If you’re not fully satisfied within the first 12 months, Window Comfort will buy your windows back and refund the full purchase price — no risk, no games.

Eligibility Requirements:

Applies only to residential properties in Georgia.

Applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The homeowner must have had the windows installed for at least 12 months and must submit their claim within 60 days after the 12-month anniversary of the installation date. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Windows must be in good working condition, with normal wear and tear allowed.

Homeowners must provide proof of a signed contract with a licensed, established window replacement company (brick-and-mortar business) for the installation of new replacement windows.

Refund applies to the full original purchase price paid for the windows, including installation, with no deductions.

Refunds will be processed within 90–120 days of claim approval.

Process:

Submit a written claim through WindowComfort.com or by mail within 60 days following the 12-month anniversary of installation.

Provide proof of purchase and proof of the new replacement contract.

Window Comfort will schedule removal of the windows.

Once the windows are uninstalled and returned, the refund will be processed within 90–120 days.

3. General Conditions (Applicable to All Guarantees)

All claims are subject to verification by Window Comfort.

Window Comfort reserves the right to inspect the property and the windows prior to processing any guarantee claims.

Guarantees are valid only for products purchased directly from Window Comfort and installed by Window Comfort’s in-house installation teams.

Window Comfort reserves the right to amend or discontinue these guarantees at any time; however, any changes will not affect guarantees already in effect for past purchases.

Any disputes related to these guarantees will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

$100 Visa Gift Card Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Window Comfort is pleased to offer a $100 Visa Gift Card to eligible homeowners who complete a free, no-obligation in-home estimate. To qualify for this promotion, the following terms and conditions must be met:

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Homeowner Occupancy Required
    • The home must be owner-occupied.
    • Rental properties, investment properties, or flips are not eligible.
  2. Homeowners Must Be Present
    • All titled homeowners must be present for the full appointment.
    • If a spouse or co-owner is on the title, both must attend.
  3. Minimum Appointment Duration
    • Homeowner(s) must allow at least one full hour for the estimate.
    • Window Comfort must be able to complete the full product and pricing presentation without interruption or early termination.
  4. First-Time Estimates Only
    • Offer valid only for first-time, in-home estimates with Window Comfort.
    • One gift card per household.

Gift Card Fulfillment

  1. Voucher Completion
    • Upon completing the estimate and meeting the eligibility criteria, the homeowner must sign the promotional voucher provided by the Window Comfort representative.
  2. Processing Time
    • Once the voucher is signed and submitted, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks to receive the $100 Visa gift card by mail.
  3. Valid Contact Information
    • Homeowner must provide accurate mailing information. Window Comfort is not responsible for delays or lost mail due to incorrect addresses.

Additional Details

  1. No Purchase Necessary
    • A purchase is not required to receive the gift card, but all qualification criteria above must be fully met.
  2. Non-Transferable
    • Offer cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

1. Eligibility

The Window Comfort $10,000 Home Makeover Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of Georgia, aged 21 or older, who are owner-occupants of the home where the prize may be applied.

  • Rental properties, investment properties, flips, and commercial buildings are not eligible.
  • All titled homeowners must be present for the estimate appointment.
  • Employees of Window Comfort, LLC, its affiliates, advertising partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Entry Period

Eligible homeowners who complete an in-home estimate with Window Comfort between November 17, 2025 and January 1, 2026 will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
No additional entries are granted for multiple estimates.

3. How to Enter

To receive an entry, homeowners must:

  1. Schedule and complete a free, in-home estimate with Window Comfort during the Entry Period.
  2. Allow the representative to complete the full product and pricing presentation.
  3. Sign the Giveaway Entry Form/Voucher at the end of the appointment.

No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not improve chances of winning.

4. Prize Description

One (1) winner will be selected to receive a $10,000 Home Makeover Voucher (“Prize”).
The voucher may be used exclusively toward:

  • Replacement windows
  • Patio doors
  • Entry doors

This prize has no cash value.
It cannot be redeemed for cash, applied to prior purchases, transferred to another person, or exchanged for unrelated services.

If the selected products exceed $10,000 in retail value, the homeowner may pay the difference. If the selected products are under $10,000, no money, refund, or credit will be issued for the difference.

5. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on or about January 5, 2026.
Winner will be notified by phone and email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds depend solely on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.

7. Taxes (Georgia & Federal Compliance)

The IRS requires that prizes valued at $600 or more be reported.
Winner must sign:

  • IRS Form W-9
  • Acknowledgment of prize receipt

A Form 1099-MISC will be issued for the 2026 tax year.
Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes owed.

8. Limitations & Conditions

  • Voucher must be used within 6 months of winner announcement.
  • Home must pass basic installation suitability requirements (structural soundness, accessible openings).
  • Giveaway void where prohibited.
  • Window Comfort reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not meet all rules.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Window Comfort may use the winner’s name, city, photos, video, and testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Rules

Window Comfort is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries.
Window Comfort may cancel or modify the Giveaway in the event of fraud, system error, or circumstances beyond its control.
